Beskrivning: You will be working towards Finnish-speaking customers helping them with issues and problems relating to payment solutions.
Ansvar: We are looking for someone who:
-Has previous experience in a customer support role.
-Is a team player who can work proactively and independently.
-learns new tasks quickly and can work structured and effective.
-Has a passion for customer service.
-Is dedicated and self motivated.
Its a plus if you are interested in economics or online commerce.
