We are currently looking for candidates interested in moving to Belfast and work for a market leader with a clear focus on providing excellent customer service. You will have individual targets and the main job description includes
• Working in a team environment and generating lead opportunities from in- and outbound calls.
• Providing end user and vendor support via telephone, chat, e-mail and social medias.
• Continuously improve your product knowledge in order to educate end users and vendors on company products
• Provide a positive and professional service with a high level of quality at all times.
• Take on ownership of problems to make sure a resolution is provided.
• Be active within the team to develop your self as well as other members in the team.
• Other duties as requested by management.
Ansvar: We are looking for candidates who are native-level fluent in German with a minimum of 6 months experience from a customer service environment (face-to-face or Call Centre) and always perform on a high level. You have excellent social skills and are able to sense the customer problem. You are goal oriented with attention to detail
You need to have an interest in IT and technology with a desire to always improve.
