The job:
We are currently looking for candidates interested in moving to Belfast and work for a market leader with a clear focus on providing excellent customer service. You will have individual targets and the main job description includes

? Interact with the users via an online chat
? Give technical support for the users
? Create a positive experience for users and partners
? Written communication with the users in the Questions & Answers platform
? Help resolving technical issues provided by the users
? Create and handle posts and threads in the Questions & Answers platform.
? Prioritize the importance of the users issues according to the company policy
? Increase the customer satisfaction for the company
? Answer both product and service related questions
? Ensure that the forums are kept clean from abuse
? Block or ban users who abuse the service or use it for SPAM purposes

Ansvar:
Ansvar:
We are looking for candidates who are native-level fluent in German with a minimum of 6 months experience from a customer service environment and are used to perform on a high level. You have excellent social skills, are able to sense the customer problem and have a problem solving skills. You are goal well organised and can plan and prioritise your workload. You love to work in teams, but can take responsibility for your own duties and work independently.
